Erik
got his start in administration working as a temp. It wasn't long
before his talents we realized and he was a member of our team. As a manager
in the company, Erik has seen his fair share of other duties working
for Best Flooring. “You can't work for a company like ours and
not being willing to pitch in from time to time.” Pitching in is
an understatement for the man who can do it all and who has done it
all. When most people are absent on vacation or ill, Erik is the one
who fills in for them.
Erik has become the “go to” guy for company and
customer problems that need solved. Over time, Erik has turned around
the accounting department to being the most efficient it has ever been
in its 53 year history.
Erik received a great deal of his management experience and business
values while working for his father's roofing company in northern Indiana while attending Ball State
University. Erik
attributes those experiences in preparing him for his responsibilities
as vice president. Erik also learned the importance of customer service
and how quality can make or break your business.
